Anyone who has concerns regarding the quality and safety of patient care provided by your registry employee must first contact the management of Nurses Internet at (323) 720-9900.

If for any reason your concerns are not resolved by and through Nurses Internet, please contact directly the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report your concerns by calling (800) 994-6610 or registering such complaints via email to complaint@jointcommission.org.

Any registry employee or independent contractor, who has any issues or concerns about the quality and safety of patient care provided, may report his or her concerns directly to The Joint Commission without any retaliatory action from Nurses Internet.

Nurses Internet will not take any disciplinary or punitive action against the registry employee or independent contractor who reports such concerns to The Joint Commission.
